Pediatric Physical Therapist

About the role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric physical therapy (and related services) to children birth‑21.
• Deliver individualized, one‑to‑one attention and customized care plans.
• Encourage parent/caregiver participation in sessions to reinforce skills and home exercises.
• Collaborate within a multi‑disciplinary team and engage in mentorship opportunities.
• Maintain autonomy while pursuing professional growth aligned with personal passions and expertise.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in Minnesota.

Pay

Compensation range: $71,588 – $107,382 per year.
