Position Summary
Seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join an expanding faculty team in a full-time, 12-month role. The position offers attending privileges at a Level 1 trauma center serving South Central and West Florida, with an open academic rank.
Responsibilities
- Teaching: Enhance residency training with a pediatric rotation, support resident research, and develop a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship Program within two years.
- Clinical: Provide high-quality pediatric medical and surgical care, facilitate referrals from local hospitals and communities, and engage in CME and outreach activities.
- Administrative: Contribute to departmental growth, strategic planning, and support educational and research missions through leadership and mentorship.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Chair.
Qualifications
- MD or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Eligible for appointment at Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank.
- Proven excellence in teaching, clinical care, and service; senior ranks require scholarly achievement and recognition.
