About the role
We are looking forward to recruiting a pediatric otolaryngologists to join us in the Cleveland Clinic Head and Neck Institute. We are looking for pediatric otolaryngology partners who desire an academic practice in a thriving city with a low cost of living. We have 50 Staff surgeons; 25 advanced practice providers; and a full spectrum of audiologists, speech & language pathologists, and comprehensive nursing support in a world class faculty that care for disorders of the ear, nose and throat, in adults and pediatric patients, in collaboration with complementary medical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for tertiary pediatric patients encompassing the full scope of pediatric otolaryngology with subspecialty interests welcome.
- Participate in consults on pediatric floors in the NICU and the PICU.
- Collaborate with complementary medical specialties.
- Expand service line into a new hospital.
- Teach and conduct research as part of the otolaryngology residency training program.
Requirements
- Board certified/eligible MD or DO in Otolaryngology/HNS.
- Completed / will be completing a Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship training.
- Not J-1 eligible.
Qualifications
- Experience and interest in complex pediatric ear surgery.
- Leadership training, advancement opportunities, and management tracks are readily accessible.
- Structured career path oriented toward clinical practice emphasis, research emphasis, educator emphasis, and hybrid models.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for pediatric care.

Pay
Salary will be commensurate with individual education and experience.
