Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Shepherd Mall

About the role

ONE THERAPY NETWORK, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic, is seeking a dedicated and energetic COTA to join our multidisciplinary team. We specialize in providing high-quality therapy services to Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma, helping children reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

- Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). - Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence. - Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress. - Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system. - Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation). - Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). - Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive. - Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!

Qualifications

- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program. - Oklahoma license as an occupational therapy assistant (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).

Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
