About the role

Responsible for providing occupational therapy services to children and adolescents in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate functional performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Provide direct patient care including therapeutic activities and interventions.
  • Evaluate progress towards treatment goals and make necessary adjustments to plans.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Passing score on the national certification exam.

  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
