About the Role

Alphanumeric is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a nationally recognized pediatric therapy provider committed to helping children reach their fullest potential while investing in the growth and well-being of its clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and participation in everyday activities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that improves outcomes for children
• Complete documentation and participate in care planning and team collaboration

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience (preferred)
• Passion for helping children and families succeed
• A collaborative, growth-minded approach to patient care
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay

W-2 Pay-Per-Visit Model
- Treatment Visits: $48-$56 per billable treatment hour (based on experience)
- Evaluations: $70 each
- Meetings: $20/hour
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule

Fully flexible hybrid schedule of 30-40 hours per week
