Pediatric Occupational Therapist

About the role

T & K Pediatric Services is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Jamestown, North Dakota. The position offers a competitive compensation package including a range of $33.00–$55.00 per hour, performance-based bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Help children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care, and daily living activities
• Partner with families and caregivers to support progress outside of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, early intervention providers, and behavioral health professionals
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Foster a positive, engaging, and encouraging therapy environment for every child

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Pediatric experience is preferred, but mentorship is available for motivated therapists entering pediatric practice
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their developmental goals
