Compensation

• $80,000 – $100,000 annually depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff (up to $2,000 annually)
• $500 Annual Stipend
• $2,500 Sign On Bonus (or Loan Payment Assistance option instead)

Schedule options

• Flexible schedule with part-time, full-time, and remote options
• Traditional five-day/8-hour week, four 10-hour days, or three 10–12 hour days
• Part-time and full-time options available
• Fully remote options available

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington
• Master's or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
• Pediatric experience preferred (1+ years)
• Passionate about changing the lives of children
