Pediatric Occupational Therapist

About the role

Premier Pediatric Therapy Source (PPTS) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric therapy team. Clinicians have the opportunity to quickly build a meaningful caseload while receiving strong mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

• Perform Occupational Therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions.
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, educators, and community providers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for pediatric therapy and family-centered care.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
