About the role

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is a nonprofit pediatric clinic serving Oregon families for over 35 years. We provide comprehensive therapy services including pediatric occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, mental health therapy, and naturopathic care. We aim to positively impact kids, families, and our community.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Requirements

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Pay

  • Full-time: $79,191.67-$102,543.06 annually based on experience.
  • Part-time: $54.81 - $76.96 per client hour based on experience.

Schedule

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking less hours).
  • Part-time: Less than 30 hours/week (Flexible work arrangement- choose your ideal schedule).
