About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients by providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into the child's daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-on-one occupational therapy to pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to integrate therapeutic skills and exercises into daily life.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship within the team.
  • Pursue specialties aligned with your passion, such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand Therapy, Pediatrics, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, and Dry Needling (where permitted by state regulations).

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
