Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our expanding early intervention team in Philadelphia. As a therapist-owned and operated agency, we specialize in pediatric occupational therapy and provide high-quality services to infants and toddlers ages 0–3. Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on pediatric occupational therapy in natural home and community environments
- Assess and provide intervention to infants and toddlers with developmental delays
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Contribute occupational therapy input to each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
- Deliver evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy interventions
- Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, and self-care skills
- Educate caregivers on home and community-based occupational therapy strategies
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
- Track and document occupational therapy progress
- Adjust pediatric treatment goals as children develop
- Serve as a trusted pediatric occupational therapist resource for families
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Experience providing occupational therapy to young children with disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
- Commitment to evidence-based occupational therapy practice
- Highly motivated and organized
