About the role
Supports an interdisciplinary team of providers and supports pediatric patients in meeting their goals by:
- Reviewing each child's medical and developmental history, including sensory, motor, and functional needs.
- Evaluating children through play-based observation and standardized assessments to understand fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and participation challenges.
- Developing individualized, child-centered treatment plans that support functional independence at home, school, and in the community.
- Establishing clear, measurable goals focused on skills such as feeding, dressing, handwriting, regulation, and play.
- Using therapeutic activities, sensory integration strategies, adaptive equipment, and hands-on techniques to improve engagement, coordination, and daily living skills.
- Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting the plan of care to best support each child's growth and success.
- Educating and coaching parents and caregivers on strategies to carry over skills and support development outside of therapy.

Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

Pay
$75,000-$95,000 with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
