Pay & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation $80,000 – $100,000 annually depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff (up to $2,000 annually)
- $500 Annual Stipend
- $2500 Sign On Bonus or Loan Payment Assistance options available

Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington
- Pediatric experience preferred (1+ years)
- Master's or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor's accreditation transition)
- Passionate about changing the lives of children
- Growth-minded, adaptable, and eager to innovate in healthcare
