We are currently seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• Use electronic documentation for each visit
• Complete weekly scheduled visits

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing

Qualifications

• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Pay

Up to $80 per visit based on experience

Schedule

• Set your own schedule based on your availability
• Choose your geographic coverage area
• Part-Time (25+ visits/week)
• Per Diem (5 visits/week)
