Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Document patient care electronically
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a compassionate approach to patient care are essential.
