Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document care electronically using tablets provided in each patient’s home
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences
- Participate in ongoing professional development and skill advancement
Requirements
- Maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Must have reliable transportation
