About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide pediatric OR care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Delivering nursing assessments and interventions to ensure patient safety during surgery
- Assisting physicians with care plans
- Maintaining continuity between the operating room and patient care units
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years OR experience in pediatrics
- Ohio RN license
- BSN degree or in progress
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Must pass background checks and onboarding requirements
Skills
- CNOR certification (advantageous)
- Pediatric, reconstructive, or laser experience (advantageous)
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Passion for pediatric surgery
