We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) interested in providing home care for a pediatric client in West Jordan, UT.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to clients based on individualized Plan of Care
• Conduct in-home assessments
• Monitor and track changes in clients’ conditions and needs, keeping the Director of Nursing and appropriate personnel informed
• Proactively update clients’ families regarding care plans, health changes, and concerns

Skills

• Medication setup and oversight
• Supporting verbal and developmental skills
• General early childhood care
• Vent and trach care

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience
• Minimum of 1 year in home care required
• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
• Current CPR and ACLS Certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm; Saturday - Sunday, 8am - 8pm
