Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality clinical care to patients in their homes
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes
• Providing patient education and support
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
