About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) in homecare, focusing on older pediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician input.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, BLS card, and up-to-date PPD or chest X-ray.
• Preferred: at least one year of RN experience.
