Pediatric Neurology Opportunity

Position Overview

Seeking a BC/BE pediatric neurologist to provide outpatient and hospital-based care, with responsibilities including clinical care, teaching, and involvement in clinical trials. The role involves serving as a faculty member of a medical school, contributing to the education of medical students, residents, and physician assistants.

Team And Support

Part of a division of five neurologists and two APPs. Support from social work, child psychiatry, and participation in a Medical Legal Partnership. Consults for subspecialists, with hospital admissions managed by hospitalist or intensivist services. Specialized programs including Tourette's Center of Excellence, ketogenic diet, and epilepsy monitoring unit.

Qualifications And Skills

• Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric neurology
• Strong teaching and clinical skills
• Interest in research and involvement in clinical trials is a plus

Key Duties

• Provide outpatient and inpatient neurological care
• Contribute to teaching and mentorship
• Participate in clinical research and trials
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse neurological disorders
