About the Role
Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Neurologist specializing in pediatric care to join a dynamic academic Department of Pediatrics. The successful candidate will work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team and have opportunities to teach the next generation of medical leaders. The selected candidate will provide and manage direct patient care at outpatient clinical offices in Southern New Jersey, offering consultative services and direct patient care, including evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for neurological disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services and direct patient care on a referral basis at clinical offices.
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for neurological disorders in pediatric patients.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team collaborations.
- Teach and mentor the next generation of medical professionals.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Medical License.
- Valid Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration.
- Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology with a pediatric specialization.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (university will not sponsor a work visa for this position).
