Pediatric Neonatology Hospitalist
Responsibilities
In-house neonatal coverage in a variety of roles and locations within our institution, including Lucile Packard Children's Hospital in Palo Alto, Sequoia Hospital in Redwood City, and El Camino Hospital in Mountain View.
Clinical responsibilities may be divided among the various locations and includes coverage of the Delivery Room, Well Newborn Nursery, Level II Intermediate Care Nursery, and/or a Level III NICU.
Opportunities to engage in resident and medical student education at Stanford, as well as participate in various clinical and quality improvement initiatives involving newborn care.
Qualifications
- Board certified/eligible pediatrician
- Strong clinical skills in the hospital care of sick newborns
- A special interest in neonatal medicine

Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is:
- Clinical Instructor: $218,000 - $245,000
- Clinical Assistant Professor: $257,000 - $284,000
- Clinical Associate Professor: $302,000 - $330,000
- Clinical Professor: $349,000 - $402,000
Schedule
The schedule for this position is flexible and can be divided among the various locations and roles as needed.
