About the Role

Supporting patients ages birth to 21 years, you will be part of an innovative and award-winning team delivering exceptional patient care. This role reports to the Clinical Manager and is based in Gilbert, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
• Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
• Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.).
• Active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.

Pay

Salary range: $67,500 - $91,900 annually, depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities.
