Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based behavioral health services to children in the ages of 0-13.
- Work closely with clients and families to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through CEU support.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or related field.
- Licensed in Oregon as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience working with children in early development stages (ages 0-3), littles (ages 4-8), and kiddos (ages 9-13).

Pay
Compensation is based on billable services rendered and ranges from $76,032 to $120,960 annually, depending on caseload and performance.
Schedule
The role is full-time, with a minimum caseload of 25 clients per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions. The schedule is flexible, allowing for a four-day workweek.
