Pediatric LVN – School Nurse

Role: LVN for a daytime, school-based private duty case. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing for a pediatric patient during school hours.Monitor vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and document care activities accurately.Collaborate with family, school staff, and clinical team to follow the care plan and ensure safety. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.Compassionate and attentive to pediatric patient needs.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to follow detailed care plans and documentation procedures.
