Pediatric LVN Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
• Deliver prescribed nursing services on each assignment
• Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes
• Gather, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses

Requirements

• Current LVN license in the practicing state
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of professional nursing experience
