Pediatric LVN Home Healthcare: Low Acuity (Day Shifts)

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients in need, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Document patient care electronically using tablets provided in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekdays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Have current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have six months of hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a compact license transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Must pass a background check.
