Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably with at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Key Duties
- Deliver specialized pediatric homecare, including G-tube and respiratory care, during designated shifts.
- Ensure compliance with medical orders and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills
- Strong assessment, clinical judgment, documentation, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
