About the role
Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care in the home. This position is located in Andover, NJ. The case involves a premature infant requiring specialized nursing care, including TPN through a central line, G-tube feeds, and catheterization.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care
- Administer TPN via central line
- Manage G-tube feeds
- Perform catheterization
Requirements
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Current BLS certification
- Pediatric or infant nursing experience
- Experience with TPN and central lines
- G-tube experience
- Current physical and required health documentation
- Authorized to work in the United States
