Pediatric LPN

About the role

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced Pediatric LPN to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Bronx, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active New York LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON test (within one year) or chest X‑ray if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)

Pay

$40.00 per hour

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling
• Day, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts available
