Pediatric LPN

About the role

Affirmed Home Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric private-duty nursing care in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, one-on-one care to a pediatric client who needs support with G-tube care, NPO management, seizure monitoring, mobility, and daily care needs.
• School nursing support and transportation to appointments may also be part of the role.

Requirements

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Current BLS
• Pediatric nursing experience
• G-tube/feeding tube experience
• Comfortable providing total-care support
• Experience with seizure monitoring
• Reliable transportation
• Current physical and required health documentation
• Authorized to work in the United States
