Join Our Growing Pediatric Team
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes throughout Westchester County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized nursing care to children in a home setting
• Work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care
• Help children remain safe and comfortable in their own homes

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS Certification
• One year of recent pediatric nursing experience preferred in home care, hospital, or acute care
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Certificate of PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year) or chest X-ray (within five years)
• Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)

Qualifications

• One year of recent pediatric nursing experience preferred in home care, hospital, or acute care
