Pediatric LICSW/LMHC

Description

Salary: $58,400 - $68,000 / year
Schedule: 32 hours/week
Location: Hybrid role, located at Neighborhood Health Center and/or Berkshire Pediatrics in Pittsfield, MA when on-site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all members of the healthcare team in development of the Plan of Treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment and accepted social work interventions.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of referral resources throughout the service area.
• Adhere to all third party payer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical progress notes, according to facility policy.
• Provide positive customer relations in Dealing With Patients, Families, Primary Care Providers And Other members of the healthcare team, referral sources, services agencies and others.
• Stay current on relevant therapeutic interventions, research, and trends in the field through use of Continuing Education time.
• Adhere to all department/facility policies, including attending clinical supervisions and case consultations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Social Work
• Licenses: LICSW or LMHC professional license per MA state law
• Experience: One (1) year full time
