Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

About the Role

Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing, focusing on delivering consistent and confident care in the child's home. Collaborate closely with RNs and clinical leadership to meet skilled nursing needs, fostering meaningful patient relationships in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care tailored to pediatric patients
• Follow clear plans of care under RN oversight
• Maintain safety and hygiene protocols, including PPE usage
• Engage in training and professional development opportunities
• Utilize employee portal for scheduling and community engagement

Requirements

• Active LVN license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person)
• Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or ventilator care
