Responsibilities

• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Provide one-on-one care in the home
• Thrive in a role that values meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and reassurance of support

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train

Pay

Hourly rate: 25.00 - 24.00

Schedule

Full-Time, Mon-Fri, Every Other Sat 8am-4pm
