About the role

Care Options for Kids is dedicated to providing pediatric home health nursing services where LPNs can offer focused, one-on-one care in the comfort of a child's home. This role involves supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs under the supervision of a registered nurse and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care in a child’s home setting
  • Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
  • Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
  • Offer one-on-one care to ensure full attention and consistency in patient care

Requirements

  • Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

Experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required. The role requires a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for making a positive impact in children's lives.
