Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency, is now hiring Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients in New Haven County, including New Haven, Hamden, Milford, West Haven, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on care to pediatric clients - Manage tracheostomy and ventilator care (preferred) - Work flexible shifts, both day and night

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric LPN experience - Active Connecticut LPN license - Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred) - Authorized to work in the U.S. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation - Recent physical exam (within 1 year) - PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
