Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Advanced Life Support preferred.
• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
