About the Role
Providing inpatient pediatric care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing admissions, daily rounds, and discharges for pediatric patients.
- Evaluating both acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicating effectively with families regarding patient status and treatment plans.
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Adhering to quality and safety standards in all aspects of care.
- Participating in cross-coverage as needed.
