About the role
Provides in-home pediatric care, including evaluation, treatment, and supervision for patients from newborns to young adults, under physician orders.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements individualized care plans
- Applies teaching principles to patients and caregivers
- Maintains organized workflows
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum three years of pediatric acute care experience
- Proficiency in high-tech infusions
- Central line management
- Peripheral IV placement
- Adaptability to new technologies
Work Environment
Baltimore/Hartford County with flexible shifts, weekend rotation, and on-call duties.
