*Pediatric Home Health RN/LPN, Central Missouri Region (Columbia, Glasgow, Jefferson City, Moberly, Russellville, Westphalia)

About the role

At Pediatric Home Service, our RNs and LPNs provide 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. This position offers flexibility, support, and a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time, developing real connections and seeing progress firsthand
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs
• Provide ventilator, trach, and g-tube care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in Missouri
• Experience in pediatric home health care is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Pass background check and drug screening

Schedule

Full Time and Part Time Days, Nights, Evenings and Weekends available
