About the role
The Division of Pediatric Pathology at Children’s Wisconsin (CW), within the Department of Pathology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), is seeking a full-time hematopathologist at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor to serve as Director of the CW Hematology, Flow Cytometry, and Coagulation Laboratory.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnostic services in pediatric and adult hematopathology, including evaluation of bone marrow, lymph nodes, peripheral blood, and flow cytometry
- Collaborate closely with pediatric and adult hematologists/oncologists, bone marrow transplant physicians, and laboratory scientists in multidisciplinary care
- Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows within MCW’s robust educational programs
- Engage in clinical, translational, or basic science research with institutional support and protected time
- Contribute to quality improvement, laboratory innovation, and development of diagnostic protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chair or Chair-Designate

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematopathology
- Unrestricted State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin
