Role & Responsibilities Perform pediatric general surgeries and develop specialized interest areas such as chest wall deformity, bariatrics, and robotic surgery.Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric team, including experienced Pediatric Intensive Care physicians, in a supportive environment.Maintain a balanced schedule with clinic and surgical duties, with manageable call coverage of 7 days per month, without trauma or ECMO responsibilities.Work alongside general surgical residents and build a robust practice through referrals from an extensive network of pediatricians. Qualifications & Skills Board certification or eligibility in pediatric surgery.Strong collaborative and communication skills.Interest in developing expertise in robotic surgery and other subspecialties.
