Pediatric Gastroenterologist Physician - Per Diem – Rowan Virtua SOM

Responsibilities

• Work as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team
• Teach the next generation of leaders in the medical field
• Provide and manage direct patient care at outpatient clinical offices in Southern New Jersey
• Provide consultative services and direct patient care including evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for gastroenterological disorders

Requirements

• Hold a valid NJ Medical License
• Be board-eligible or board-certified in Gastroenterology
• Experience with diverse populations
• Record of respect and openness towards people whose social and cultural background is different from one’s own
• Ability to recognize and manage one’s behaviors and communication to create an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment within the department/organization

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Pediatrics
• Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Gastroenterology
