Pediatric/Family Nurse Practitioner
Position Details
We are in search of an experienced pediatric or family nurse practitioner to work in our school-based sites 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
The goals of the provider at school based sites are to support primary care with an eye towards collaboration with their PCP, both internally at La Clinica and externally with community providers. Always aim to keep the child in school as much as possible. Provide primary care when there are barriers to accessing services elsewhere.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school with board certification or board eligibility
- Experience with low-income children and families and in migrant and community health
- English language fluency is expected, and Spanish language proficiency is valued
- Possess an active Oregon license
- Possess CPR certification and an active DEA license
