Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full-time permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients and evaluate their health status
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions
  • Develop, implement, and review personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in internal medicine and nursing practice to ensure the highest quality of patient care

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Exceptional clinical skills and a deep understanding of internal medicine
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and their families
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism

$125,000 - $176,000 per year
