Pediatric Endocrinologist

About the role

Build an outpatient pediatric endocrinology practice, treating exclusively pediatric patients, with a focus on clinic-based care. Collaborate with a large team of endocrinologists, internal medicine providers, and pediatricians. Utilize on-site laboratory, radiology, and infusion services. Participate in a shared phone call rotation, avoiding inpatient rounding except for occasional consults. Work with dedicated medical and nursing support, maintaining a balanced schedule of patient care and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage outpatient pediatric endocrinology services
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Utilize on-site diagnostic and treatment resources
• Participate in call rotation and administrative responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients in a collaborative setting

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient practice
• Proficiency in pediatric endocrine treatments
• Familiarity with outpatient clinical workflows
