Pediatric Endocrinologist

About the role

The Center For Diabetes And Endocrinology provides comprehensive care for all aspects of endocrine disorders and type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It also offers specialized programs and clinics including the Turner Syndrome Program, Thyroid Disorders Clinic, Survivors of Childhood Cancers and Brain Tumors, Gender Affirming Care, and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Neurofibromatosis 1 clinics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a supportive, integrated team to deliver high-quality care
• Participate in research initiatives to advance pediatric health care
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of specialized programs and clinics
• Support the mission of helping patients and families

Requirements

• Board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric endocrinology
• Strong clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of endocrine disorders and diabetes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
